LARGE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Large orders consist of 100 meters or more of fabric, 50 rolls or more of wall covering and any amount of carpet exceeding 30-meter square. This includes the same quantities for orders in ship-direct, made-to-order, custom or other non-inventoried standard products. Large orders require a non-refundable, minimum deposit of 50%, and are not subject to cancellation for any reason.

Custom orders are products that are specifically manufactured per client’s request, and are not subject to cancellation for any reason. Custom orders require a non-refundable minimum deposit of 50%.


MINIMUM ORDERS

Textiles and fabrics have a minimum order of 3 meters and any incremental yardage is cut by the full meter only, no any smaller amount. Orders below the 3-meter minimum order are subjects to a cutting fee of 25% or more.

Wall coverings' basic unit price is one (1) roll. Rolls vary in lenght and width, please check the roll size in the description of each wall covering. The minimum order for wall covering is two (2) rolls. Orders below the minimum of 2 rolls are subjects to a cutting fee of 25% or more.

Carpets are sold in standard sizes; our minimum size for order is 24 square feet or 2.2 square meters, including custom.


CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF STANDARD ORDER

All orders are considered committed orders, with the exception of submit or reserve orders . A request to change or cancel orders may be accommodated at Blu Knight Décor Ltd’s sole discretion, and only if the order has not already been processed for shipment. Merchandise returns must meet our return policy, and are subject to the standard handling charge


PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are in Euros. They do not include taxes and shipping charges. Consequently, in addition to shipping charges, our prices are subject to additional VAT and/or additional import tax specific to the country of shipping or delivery.

All orders are subjects to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Sales. Payment terms are as stated on invoices. Payment terms may vary according to: a) stock availability; b) whether products are made to order.

SHIPPING, HANDLING CHARGES & VAT

All shipments are FOB warehouse. Minimum charge is based on your country of delivery. All shipping is prepaid, excluding VAT or any additional tax charged on importations into the country of shipping or delivery.

The client is responsible to provide a correct and accurate shipping address so that Blu Knight Decor Limited may forward merchandise ordered. Blu Knight Decor Limited will forward the merchandise ordered provided by the client. In case of failed delivery due to inaccurate address, Blu Knight Decor Limited should not be deemed responsible.

For any merchandise shipped by Blu Knight Decor Limited, it is the responsibility of the client to fill any and all import or tax duty form and pay said taxes and import duty fees in accordance to the rules and regulations of the client's country.

Blu Knight Decor Limited will not take responsibility for failed delivery due to inaccurate address provided by the client or failure by the client to fill all import or tax duty form and to pay said taxes and import duty fees.

In the case the client fails to provide accurate shipping address and / or fails to to fill any and all import or tax duty form and pay said taxes and import duty fees in accordance to the rules and regulations of client's country, and that shipment is returned to Blu Knight Decor Limited warehouse, Blu Knight Decor Limited should not be deemed responsible. The client should be responsible of all additional costs related to return shipment, and re-shipping of goods. Blu Knight Decor Limited will not accept any return.

In the case the client use his / her own shipper or freight-forwarder to ship Blu Knight Decor Limited products, the Blu Knight Decor Limited representative's will provide packing list, invoice, and will coordinate pick-up at warehouse with the client's choosen shipper or freight-forwarder. It is the responsability of the client to schedule pick-up time with the chosen shipper or freigh-forwarder.

When the client use his / her own shipper or freight-forwarder to ship Blu Knight Decor Limited products, it is the client's responsability to submit and fill all the necessary documents required for international shipping.

When the client use his / her own shipper or freight-forwarder to ship Blu Knight Decor Limited products, Blu Knight Decor Limited shall not be responsible and will not accept any claim for any damage that may occur to Blu Knight Decor Limited products during transportation. Blu Knight Decor shall not be responsible and will not accept any claim for failed delivery or delay in delivery.


OVERAGE / UNDERAGE

It is customary and standard procedure. for fabric mills to produce a slightly larger amount of yardage than ordered. Therefore, up to 10% tolerance can be expected for which the customer will be responsible. The balance due will be adjusted prior to shipment.


CLAIMS & RETURNS

TO AVOID CLAIMS AND RETURNS, INFORM THE WORKROOM or professional installer of all RELEVANT details.

Merchandise returns must meet our return policy, and are subject to the standard handling charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all proper instructions as well as information regarding the product, its color description, face application and any other pertinent information are issued to the workroom. The end use of Blu Knight Décor Ltd products is at the discretion of the customer. When delivering to a workroom (curtain maker, upholsterer, etc.), Blu Knight Décor Ltd suggests sending an identification cutting in advance to help verify the goods.

All inquiries regarding claims, returns, price errors, billing errors, and proof of deliveries should be directed to the Claims Department via e-mail at: info(at)bluknightdecor.com


NOTIFICATION & AUTHORIZATION OF RETURN

Please notify the Claims Department about any problems no later than ten (10) days after the invoice date. The customer must imperatively obtain an authorization for returns form from the claims manager, regardless of fault, before returning any items. Please, label all returned merchandise with the mention: “Attention: Claims Department”, and provide a copy of the return authorization form within ten (10) days of the authorization date. Please ship authorized returns to the warehouse of origin.

Please note that RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN CUT, TREATED AND/OR PROCESSED IN ANY WAY. Blu Knight Décor Ltd recommends that the customer check all products for flaws, correctness of pattern, color and differences before any product is cut or processed.


SERVICE CHARGES FOR RETURNS

If Blu Knight Décor Ltd is at fault, there will be no service charge, and the account will be credited with all shipping or postage charges. If Blu Knight Décor Ltd is not at fault (including and without limitations, refused shipments, customer duplication of orders or cancellation after shipment), the following charges will be made:

- 35% restocking charge on all fabric 6 yards or longer
- 35% on all wallcovering (full, uncut rolls only)
- 35% on all standard collection carpets only (must be in original shipping containment or non-returnable)
- Pick up charge in addition to shipping and/or postage charges


UNACCEPTABLE CLAIMS FOR RETURNS

- Merchandise that has been cut or processed
- Fabric of less than 6 yards
- Direct ship orders (unless defective or vendor error)
- Custom orders
- Shrinkage or stretching less than 3%
- Discontinued merchandise
- Cut bolts/rolls of wallcovering
- Sample books are not returnable for credit after 10 days from invoice
- Fabrics or wallcoverings that have had a special process applied such as flame proofing, backing, special coatings, etc.
- Floor samples and merchandise sold off the showroom floor or from trade shows


VELVET RETURNS

Velvets must be returned in the original packaging. If the velvets are received in a condition that prevents Blu Knight Décor Ltd from determining liability or if handling or shipping may have caused damage, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and credit will not be authorized.
